I would highly recommend Best Dementia Care Home as the care will always be the priority and the Director is a highly skilled and compassionate man. My first encounter with Senju Joseph was when I was working as a Manager of a care home in Derbyshire England. I had known him since 2009 and he really care about Dementia residents and I had the prevelage to add him to our team. Senju Joseph worked tirelessly and no job was too much he adapted to different situations and soon became my right hand man in running a 43 bedded nursing home. I was then promoted within the company and Senju continued to support the new manager. I was very sad when he left to go back home but I also knew he would be invaluable to your country and your elderly struggling in their later years. He worked and managed Dementia centre in England and very glad that he is willing to promote the standard of care he learned from England to India. I am so proud of this young man taking his skills and knowledge back home to India to try and educate people how to care for our vulnerable elderly suffering with Dementia.
